Hi, I’m Rejuan Ahamed, a Senior WordPress Engineer with over 10 years of experience building WordPress websites, themes, plugins, and web apps. I mainly work on custom Gutenberg blocks with React.js, WooCommerce stores, REST API integrations, and making sites fast and reliable. I like building things that are clean, secure, and easy for people to use. I also use tools like Claude Code, ChatGPT, and GitHub Copilot in my daily work to move faster, catch mistakes early, and ship better code.

My Approach

Over the years, I’ve enjoyed taking messy WordPress problems and turning them into products that actually work well. Whether I’m building a custom plugin, coding a native Gutenberg block, or fixing up an old website, my goal is always the same: keep it simple, keep it easy to maintain, and build it to last.

Good development is more than just writing code. It’s about understanding what the project needs, picking the right approach, and building something that actually helps the business and the people using it. That’s why I always think about code quality, speed, security, and how well it will scale — right from day one.

I enjoy working with designers, product managers, and other developers on remote teams. I like sharing ideas, reviewing code, and helping junior developers grow when I can. Working across different time zones has taught me how important clear communication is.

To stay productive and keep my work quality high, I use modern tools and AI assistants like ChatGPT, Claude Code, and GitHub Copilot. They help me handle repetitive tasks faster, explore better solutions, and spend more time actually solving real engineering problems.
